Three names, one Meitei student — two scholarships recovered

🚨 The problem
Manipur's Meitei naming convention (surname first) created three variants across three documents: Class 10 had a transliteration error (x instead of sh), Class 12 had the surname abbreviated, Aadhaar had the full form with standard name order. NSP's string-match algorithm saw three names, not one person. Rejection was automatic. Correcting the wrong certificate first would waste weeks.
