👩 Mita Ghosh, 64, lives on Khanpur Road in Tollygunge, Kolkata. Her husband Subrata — an Assistant Engineer with the West Bengal Public Works Department — died on January 11, 2025. The pension stopped that day. Four months passed with no family pension and no clarity on where to begin.
